If your application is for a paid-service, we will request your card details at the time you place your order, however, your card will not be charged until your book is accepted for promotion.
Your book must be reduced to its discounted value on amazon.com by 6am EST on the first day of your promotion. If it isn’t then we won’t promote your book on our website and in our newsletter. This is to protect our subscribers, to whom we have promised a steady stream of discounted books. Any fees that have been charged will not be refundable, as your book will have used up one allocated promotion slot for that day, which could have been allocated to another author.
Your book must also be discounted on any other platforms for which you have provided links, such as Nook, Kobo, Apple or Google Play.
If you would like to reschedule or amend your promotion details, please let us know via our contact form at least 5 working days prior to your chosen start date. If you wish to amend the date to within 30 days of your previous start date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but can not guarantee our ability to do so.
We will only refund any fees paid if you cancel at least 5 working days in advance of your chosen start date.
It is very important that your book remains discounted to the pre-agreed price throughout the full promotion period agreed with FreeBookTips. If you fail to fulfill this then you will not be allowed to promote your book with us in the future. Our ability to maintain a dedicated readership for genuine author promotions depends on the integrity of the information we post on our website and in our newsletter.
